During my recent stay at a ryokan in Yuzawa, I experienced exceptional hospitality and comfort. The location was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. I especially loved the traditional Japanese beds and the onsen, which provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Despite a few minor language barriers, they made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this ryokan for a memorable stay in Yuzawa.

This hotel is in an ideal location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which makes it a perfect base for visiting the surrounding area. the rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable futons and beautiful views of the mountains. the public bath is a great feature and there are free lockers available to leave your ski gear. the staff are friendly and eager to help.

The communication with the staff can be confusing at times, making it difficult to obtain simple answers to questions.

The location was perfect, and right next to the train station, making it easy for me with all my ski gear since it was only a five minute walk. The hotel facilities were excellent, with vending machines, free lockers, and even karaoke rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and fluent in many languages, making it easy for me to communicate. Also, the shuttle service provided by this hotel was perfect since it took me out to nearby ski resorts.

During Christmas, we had a great experience at the hotel. The first best aspect was the onsen, which was open-air and truly relaxing. It was also convenient to have staff who spoke our language, making communication easier. The second best aspect was the delicious food that was served. We particularly enjoyed trying Japanese cuisine. the hotel location was ideal, with the train station just a short walk away.

There were a couple of worst aspects during our stay. the room lacked certain facilities like a private bath and the Wi-Fi wasn't stable.

The hotel offered great value for money along with a fantastic onsen experience. the location was perfect with easy access to the train station and buses to nearby ski resorts. the staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Communication was a bit of a challenge as not all staff members were fluent in English. We had difficulty getting a clear answer when we inquired about lost items and the internet connection was not reliable.
